Ideal Image Boca Raton

I had an virtual appointment with Cassie V. and I was told that I was a good “candidate” for cool sculpting. I paid my treatment ($1000) and we scheduled the procedure to the following week (March 9).
I went to the clinic (Boca Raton) and the provider told me that the area I wanted to be treated did not have enough fat, it would not work, which was very honest from her.
She also told me that the manager was going to contact me to discuss about the refund in 48 hours.
So, it’s been 48 hours and nothing!!! I called twice the clinic and I was put on hold for a few minutes when I hang up and decided to write this review.
Poor virtual service, I hope to see my money one day again.

Today is March 14, and I have not been refunded yet! No one called me to discuss! I received an email saying and that is it.. I think I will not see my
$1000 anymore!

March 18 – I have finally received the full refund.

This place is amazing, I just received my 2nd treatment for laser hair removal but the results are already amazing. I’ve been to another place before ideal image that I got because they were cheap but the results didn’t last and I was told to buy a second package for it to work. Ideal image has a way better machine, I didn’t have to shave for 2 months after just my first treatment! Plus they offer a lifetime guarantee and the staff are very friendly and professional. It definitely a better bang for your buck

I had a great experience today; I appreciate how Ulianna is able to listen to my concerns and walk me through the process making me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. I am so happy that I have her to be my Tech when I come to Ideal Image. I will be returning in the near future because of her ! The front desk is also very kind and I appreciate how they take care of me and make me feel when I come to get my treatments.

What a great experience coming to this center. Been thinking about doing laser for years but i was waiting for the right time and deal. Shavanna was able to get one for me, she went above and beyond from start to finish. The center is Clean, the staff professional ( Paula was great) and very knowledgeable. Look for her if you are looking for the same.

i been going to ideal image in Boca since 2013, the stuff is always knowledgeable and professional. The center is clean and welcoming.
The girls in the front are super nice specially Xavana, she always goes above and beyond helping me and other that I’ve witness.
