Interstate Towing

Fastest tow i ever had! Car safe and sound, quick arival ajd delivery, jessica was great at helping me get a driver/tow truck and DJ the driver was keeping a smile on my face while he towed the truck, id use this tow company over any other company

This company is extremely unprofessional. The drivers do not communicate upon arrival. The driver was very rude and aggressive when he called me to confirm my request. The driver proceeded to hang up in my face and mark the service as completed. My card was charged a 75 dollar fee for a service that was not rendered. I called the direct company line. The individual on the phone informed me the driver said I was gone on arrival and had given the wrong address. Then he said I was on e district. Oh then they proceeded to say I was rude to the driver and cursed him out. Well how did the story change three times in a five minute time frame. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this unprofessional tow company. They are crooks !

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. I asked them to call me 15 mins before so I can meet them at my house, they arrived within 5 mins of the service call without calling me, then left after telling me they couldn’t wait 10 mins for me to get home. Unfortunately, they were dispatched to my house for the second time, this time, for the wrong service. I had requested a battery warranty replacement, for the second time, and no one called to confirm that they were on the way, or to confirm which service they were coming to do. They arrived at my house, to jump start my dead battery, for god knows what reason. I need the battery replaced and if they cant do that, I would have gone and got it done elsewhere.

**Edit** Moe was just amazing! He was great all around. Knowing I was getting my dads van out of the tow yard. Him and his helper waited and even allowed me to get my dads phone out of the van. He had our best intentions at heart and I couldn’t have been more thankful. The day was a bad day and moe made it just a little better. Thanks!

Well I had to take a few stars away after calling the office and inquiring about an itemized receipt. I was rudely told that there’s nothing that we could do for you and that you have to call AAA to get any help. My insurance company would not except the receipt that was sent to me so I kindly asked for an itemized receipt. In return I got a rude attitude and absolutely no help. How can you have a business and not send itemized receipts…

This place honestly I will never use again they work with AAA. I’m a AAA member and this is the company assigned to me. They told me I had a 60 to 90 minute wait. After the 90 minutes I called them to find out where the tow truck was because I haven’t even received a curtesy call from anyone. They told me I had another 30 minute wait. I explain to them that I been sitting here for over an hour and a half already I was told deal with it. This is not acceptable this company sucks I never had to wait two hours to get picked up. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. AAA should drop them!!!!!
