I have less than 8 weeks to bring my son back home and she basically told me if I had hired her 3 years ago she could help me but there was to little of time and at first it was it would be costly as if I were poor or something i than told her money wasn’t an issue and she brought up another excuse . Well I couldn’t have hired you 3 years ago because I didn’t even know my sons father had created a time share back in 2016 and just sprung it on my this year 2021 pit of spite . Clearly if I had known any of this I would’ve been represented by the best . She laughed in my face and basically said I’m sorry I wouldn’t have enough time to send out depositions etc . I thought a lawyer was supposed to go above and beyond not bring forth excuses . This is a very stressful case for me and very first one at that . I have been a full time single mother for both of my children and just want my youngest back home my heart is hurting so badly and am still in search for legal help ;(
Denise is exactly who I needed for my highly volatile and contentious divorce. She stood up for me when I was too traumatized and intimidated by my spouse to stand up for myself. With her representation I felt protected and found the strength I needed to get through the divorce process and walk away from it with my dignity and security in tact. Her extensive experience and profound understanding of both the legal and human aspects of a divorce make her a consummate professional. I highly recommend Denise to anyone who needs to have someone fight for them and win.
Denise and her firm are very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They tell you up front the good and bad about your case, and keep the fees and expenses down as much as possible. They can be trusted regarding sensitive matters, and resolve your case in a timely manner. You will be very happy with them.
The one thing I have learned through the divorce process is to trust and listen to your lawyer. This is especially true with Denise Isaacs. I first contacted Denise in 2011 when I was ready to divorce my then husband. This endeavor was short lived as he had a heart attack on the day I started the process. I should have listened to Denise when she told me that I should continue the process because a “leopard does not change its spots” but it was ultimately my decision. I was the one that had to look myself in the mirror every day. It took me seven more years to follow through with the divorce.
Denise is knowledgeable, has the expertise and skills to help you navigate through this emotionally charged situation. She has a straight forward, no nonsense approach. I wish I had listened to her and not chosen a simplified divorce petition. At the time I just wanted to “get the divorce over”. Again, I want to reiterate, listen to your lawyer! Don’t try to micro-manage the divorce. Had I done so, I could have avoided some of the post-divorce drama regarding the sale of property. Fortunately, Denise has continued to help by structuring an agreement regarding the sale of the property.
I highly recommend Denise Isaacs to anyone seeking legal representation to help navigate the emotionally charged waters of divorce. I will continue to trust her advice in legal matters in the future.
Denise is very professional, patient, and empathic. She charges very fair fee and always go beyond what she charges for. She spent more time to listen to my feeling, understand my situation, and analyze All the possibilities we could do for the next step than the time I paid for. She absolutely went beyond a lawyer had to do for me. Her staffs are very welcoming. I highly recommend Denise if you ever need a family lawyer!
