I am a huge fan of this store but horrible customer service today at the mizner branch! I went at 0100 pm yesterday to get some things for my daughter, and they had a hand written sign “be back in 15 mins”.. well things happen so naturally i just sat and waited.. i sat there for a good half an hour when the sales person came strolling back, she opens the store and without letting me in, closes the store again and says come back in 15 mins! Like what kind of store does that?? In the middle of the day! Never going back to this branch again. Horrible people.

Everyone here is so kind and friendly!! This store closes at 9, I came in literally right before closing and I was accommodated, as is the case for two other women who came in shortly after I was let in. The associate/manager (I cannot remember her name) was very helpful; she helped me pick out an item for a newborn whose sex hadn’t been revealed and we spoke about different sizing options for my own toddler. Can’t remember the last time I was treated so well in a store. Overall, great experience. Great location (who doesn’t love Mizner Park?) Thank you for your kindness!!
