I’ve been going to Jenny Nails for almost 2 years and can’t recommend them enough. Tien does my nails and always does an amazing job. Prices are great, service is great, ladies are friendly.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I had an appointment at 11:30. Waited 10 min to be seated then while my feet were soaking in the bin another customer came in! The woman doing my pedicure quickly got up and started serving the new customer! She came back to tell me she was going to cut his nails first! I told her I had an appointment and should have been told to come later or another day! Instead the three women working there just looked the other way! One finally said she would only be 2 min! The owner Jenny was right beside me and didn’t say a word! I waited for 20 min and finally dried my feet put my shoes on and left the salon! No one stood up and offered me an apology! Their service and manners were beyond disgraceful!
They are all very rude! Don’t know the first thing about customer care! I would have rated them a -0 but 1 unfortunately that was not offered!
