I’ve been a satisfied customer of Jeweliards for at least 15 years. I’ve always found them to be friendly, courtious and patient. Their craftmanship and expertise is outstanding. I’ve never been disappointed. I always leave their shop with a smile and pleasant experience.

Upon arrival in my company attire, shirt tucked in, definitely dressed professional;there were two employees and a customer being assisted by one of them, in the store. The other barely but would open the door to assist me at all. She did utter how may I help you, by appointment only, but just the unwelcoming greeting itself urged me to take my business elsewhere. Thanks anyways Jeweliards.

I went to Jeweliards to replace the battery in 2 watches of mine and to get them resized for my wrist and had an overall great experience. Roberta greeted me, asked me what she could help me with and was very welcoming and friendly. Roberta made the whole process not only easy but, also an enjoyable one. I would definitely recommend Jeweliards to anyone with custom jewelry or watch repair needs!

These people are absolute crooks! My Mom gave them a necklace to sell 2 years ago and after not hearing from them, she went to pick it up and they gave her the run around.
Update! Things got worse. After seeing this review they finally called. Mom went to pick up her antique Navajo squash blossom. It was totally desecrated. The beautiful matching turquoise and coral had been pulled and replaced with mismatched fake and inferior quality stones. The 6 tentacles were now 5. They told her to come back and speak to the jeweler. For what? The necklace has been vandalized. We have the original receipt and photograph. We would like compensation for the value of this necklace that they stole from and destroyed.

Jeweliard’s is a local Jewelry Store that I found to have old fashioned customer service. The sisters that own the store are friendly and very knowledgeable. They offered several options to redesign my unworn necklace and made me a beautiful ring that I absolutely LOVE. They were very affordable and took some unwanted gold I had and applied it to the price of the ring– making it more affordable. I highly recommend them.
