From my initial consultation and meeting with Chris Wan, to the frequent communication with Spencer and Krystle who kept me updated throughout, to the installation itself with Scott, Leo and Ciro, the entire process exceeded my expectations. Service was top-notch.

Prior to going with JL Closets, I obtained quotes from 3 companies, including JL. JL ended up with the most customized solution at a fair price.

Chris worked with me on the design and provided excellent suggestions to maximize the space. She was always so responsive – even in the evening hours (when I didn’t expect a response) – and created a beautiful design.

John came out to measure and was professional and quick.

Spencer and Krystle communicated frequently – I appreciated the confirmation of when people would be at our house to measure or install. Spencer was so apologetic about having to move our install out…..by two weeks. That was so refreshing to have frequent updates.

Scott, Leo and Ciro are perfectionists. For anything that wasn’t 100% – whether it was a damaged door, etc. – they logged it in and took care of it the very next day. They clearly take pride in their work and inspected everything they did, from top to bottom.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. JL provided me with the closet of my dreams, and I thank everyone above for all of their hard work. What a great experience!

My wife and I recently hired JL Closets to design two walk-in closets in our master bedroom. The gentlemen who helped install Jennifer’s design were very diligent and hardworking, finishing in one day and leaving our home in pristine condition. JL Cabinets came out and provided a design and an estimate for a closet in our home. They were very professional in their approach and the designer, Gina, was excellent in transforming our vision for the closet into a design. They sent someone to measure the area and provided a date for installation. Gina was also very accommodating and made arrangements for temporary clothing racks. The installation was completed on the date provided and the installer did a great job. I am very, very pleased with the final results. We certainly will recommend JL Closet Designs to anyone looking to custom design their closets.
