He was in steady contact with us, sharing updates and photos of the progress over the 6-month long project, with no delays in spite of the pandemic. His expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional work quality were revealed in the final product of our beautifully remodeled/transformed townhome. My first contractor was a referral from an Architect.
The experience was money and time consuming. I was shocked to find out that the job permits were never submitted.

That left me with one option and that is to start all over. Today I can say that working with Pat is a breath of fresh air. All permits have been submitted, all of them have passed the inspection the first time, without any issues. The work is quality, precise, hands-on and no delays, no excuses. After having a terrible experience with a construction company which was recommended to me by my realtor and after wasting over $20,000 and almost 2 years of my life, I finally had no choice but to fire my first contractor.

Pat is a General Contractor who is on site all day, who knows how to select sub-contractors that have pride, patience experience in whatever they specialize in.
Pat supervises every step of the project, not missing even one small detail. Pat does not hurry the job, but all things are done with quality, precision and still done on target/time.
