Wow, I’ve always loved Kendra Scott’s jewelry but now I’m hooked – the customer service I received at the Mizner location has locked me in as a customer for life. Even though I had a somewhat diverse group of family/friends to give gifts to this holiday season, Kendra Scott had what I needed. I was immediately welcomed by the lovely ladies and soon it seemed, with their recommendations, my entire shopping list was covered. My birthday was also in December, so the kind sales staff informed me that I could receive half off one of my items. I was thrilled!! I have to give thanks to a couple of standout staff members, namely Joelle and Natasha. Without them, I wouldn’t have had a clue what to get my granddaughters. Now, they are all happy with their Kendra Scott. Thank you KS Mizner Park. I will be back for your lovely jewelry and even more lovely staff. XO

Great selections and lots of sparkle, but unfortunately had a bad customer experience… enough to write this review to warn others as I found out the hard way. Purchased a Christmas gift of a necklace and ring, and was fortunate enough to get a birthday discount. When we went back in the day after Christmas to exchange the exact same ring from gold to silver, I was told ‘no’, all sales are final and no exchanges unless its for a size difference. Had this been known ahead of the purchase, I would not have purchased it as a GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS! I had to pay the difference to get what was desired… Because of this experience, we will not be back and won’t recommend this to friends and family. The store lady’s name was “Joell” and would stay away from working with her if anyone else goes in for service.
