We engaged KG Construction at first to remodel an old deteriorating bathroom. And they did an outstanding job, of which you can see a bit in the before and after photos below. Gutted the entire bathroom and remodeled it from scratch. Very reasonable price for the work that was involved.

Based on that job, we decided to work with them again on a couple other projects such as soundproofing a wall, installing a closet door, painting the entire unit, and installing ceiling lights (and smoothing over the old ’80s rough textured look) in what was otherwise a dark and lightless apartment. For the lights, they installed a couple-inch drop down ceiling with flush top-hat style lights and two lighted ceiling fans. It’s a beautiful new ceiling and we can now see what the place looks like 🙂 It is difficult to get a good picture to do it justice, but suffice it to say we are very happy.

Armen and Jose are great to work with. Reasonable prices, great product, and very friendly good dudes. Always on time and responsive. Completed the work in a good amount of time, even while dealing with the difficulties of COVID.

KG Construction worked with me on my Interior Restaurant Design project in Lake Worth Beach called Viva La Playa. Both Armen an Jose were very professional and easy to work with. I threw a lot of complicated things their way and they figured them all out. They helped completely renovate a very difficult space. The results say it all! I definitely look forward to using them on future projects.

KG Construction provided excellent service, design and materials for our total bathroom remodel. We asked them to update our circa 1979 condo bathroom, and with just a few parameters from us they created a modern spa-like space that we enjoy every day. They provided us with a few simple choices and took care of sourcing all materials. The end result is stunning both in appearance and quality of work. Even through these difficult times, they were able to coordinate with all the various inspectors and took care of our safety by ensuring all subcontractors followed mask and social distancing protocols. Jose and Armen provided us with regular status updates and communicated schedules clearly, and their congenial banter often made us feel like we were hearing the home improvement version of Car Talk. Every step of the way they made sure we were happy and did their best to make us comfortable while living in a construction zone.
