I went a week without hot water followed by several work orders I put in and now as of right now there’s no heat it’s been 4days no heat it’s really unlivable conditions especially the properties in Cleveland Ohio area they take their time to get the things done but soon as u miss rent by 1 day they send you 3day notices they want their money but not make it safe and livable for tenets it’s ridiculous

I wish I would have known before my wife found this unit that these people are very unprofessional and money hungry I moved into the unit on the 1st of February on to find out that there’s no gas the water takes 20 minutes to the heat up there are no shelves in the cabinet the old air condition vents makes noise on the door no no appliances which when we looked up the place is they appliances was included they take your money and don’t help you they have not yet to come fix the heat do not come live at this property I have a 7 year old we been in the cold bad place

They want your rent but do not want to make repairs! I’ve been in a house for 2 weeks with no heat

SCAMMER!!! I have never been treated so unfairly before. This place will take your money given the opportunity to. I am young and this was my first experience with a rental company, only to have Lise (employee of the Boca Raton office) threaten to keep my $1250 security deposit. I had to then have a lawyer step in. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! SAVE YOUR TIME
