I am a physician in Orlando who ordered injectables from KRS Global Biotechnology for the past 3 years. I ordered injections 3 weeks ago and the rep, Wayne charged my credit card for $610. After 1 week, I did not receive my order so I called him. He asked me to call him back. Then I called the main number only to find out that the injections I ordered were on backorder with a release date for the following week. I called and emailed Wayne re my his poor customer service skills. How can you run my credit card for vials that are on backorder with no release date? I have waited another 2 weeks. No call from KRS or Wayne re the release date. I called an spoke with customer service only to hear that my entire order is still on back order with no pending release date in sight. Today I just signed up with Olympia Compounding pharmacy. Run from KRS! They are having serious issues with the FDA apparently. But they are no unprofessional that they do not let their vendors know. Worst customer service I have experienced. So glad I put a merchant block on my Am Ex card so they cannot charge my card for their substandard products.

Very unprofessional. I approached KRS to study the feasibility of their producing a sterile compounded product for research purposes in July 2018. We had a good initial 30-minute conference call to discuss and several agreed upon post-meeting action steps. After no communication for the next 2-3 weeks from KRS, I spent (wasted) ~1-2 weeks trying to get a response/update. I never did get one.
