Land Designs Southern Florida

We hired Land Design when we purchased our home. We paid them the monthly price they asked without any attempt to negotiate a lesser fee. They should be renamed Land Destruction! Our property looked horrible month after month after month. They never weeded, they never trimmed Palm Trees on time They let our Ficus hedges go bare from white flies, let our grass go brown several times and left our pool a mess with cutting debris week after week. We tried to have them redo our sprinklers and that took a year. Land Design might want to blame subcontractors, but we paid them for all the services from pest control to tree trimming. They always promised to do better, but they didn’t. Here is the best story of all. – they solicited our neighbor by pointing out their horrible ficus hedges somehow not realizing the hedges were our ficus hedges! The neighbor thought they were nuts! They did show up on time week after week to systematically destroy our property.

My fiance and I were very disappointed in Steve after using him for years at our estate home in E Boca. His prices are exorbitant from the onset but then the surprise high bills because a sprinkler head broke are deceiving. We are much happier having replaced him and don’t fear opening the mail. And our lawn looks just as good.
