Horrible. Not once, but failed to show up twice to an appointment. Most inept staff that confirms IN WRITING, promised to call you back when you’re standing in front of their locked office doors, doesn’t return your calls, and then has the temerity to insist you return for a visit. I plan on going out of my way to exercise every effort to spread the word about how poor an experience I’ve had with this so called “practice”. Not only should these people be ashamed, they should consider abandoning their offices forever. The absolute worst in Boca

Horrible experience! Waited over am hour for a simple teeth cleaning, then the hygienist would not clean my teeth due to some gum disease. 80% of patients have some gum disease!!!!. This was a time issue, and it was nearing 630 pm, and the hygienist wanted to go home. The doctor and hygienist did have enough time to try to book another appointment , and to refer me to a periodontist!!!! Stay Away! You will be waiting hours!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Klein for more than 10 years. Each and every visit to his office I am welcomed by an excellent caring clean and on time office staff. I cannot say enough about the caring manner of Dr. Klein and his expertise in treating my teeth. I also want to mention Debbie his hygienist who takes excellent care in cleaning my teeth regularly. I have recommended many of my friends to Dr. Klein and they have also been very pleased with him. I hope to continue being a patient in this office for many years to come.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klein and his team for 17 years. Debbie has been my hygienist since she joined the team 15 years ago. Dr. Klein is honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. My wife, two children and their spouses also use Dr. Klein for their dental needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Klein.
