LBU Lighting

Very uncomfortable store with unfriendly staff . I walk in nobody smiles , nobody helps me . The older lady was just staring at me . If you aren’t white or Jewish you won’t be acknowledged . This store needs diversity and customer training . I was willing to spend 4,000+ on lighting however nobody took me or my money serious. The dogs in the building were treated better than me . This place discriminates against blacks and Hispanics ! Don’t waste your money or time .

We had a very positive experience working with Lbu. We purchased some beautiful fixtures for our home, and couldn’t be happier!

The staff there has gone down hill First they sell my employee the wrong trim after I described it to him thoroughly. After returning the items they say they don’t make what I’m looking for although I’ve bought it there numerous times. They sell me what they have then bulbs to go with it. The bulbs didn’t fit. If your in busy like I am you know time is money. My best suggestion is to order your own products and don’t waste time and money going to this store.

I have been looking for a very specific set of light bulbs and found them there. I first checked home depot and lowes, but they didn’t carry it.
Staff was very helpful, store was clean, well lit (well obviously haha), and had no problem parking. Bottom line, check this store out.

This is a fantastic lighting store. I have visited twice. Services is outstanding. Inventory is plentiful and well stocked. Representatives all seem to be very knowledgeable. The best about LBU Lighting is their customer service. The last time I visited was this week and I need to fix a pendant light that was on a small wire. I had no idea what I was doing. Luckily, Michael Botros (Counter Supervisor), was there to assist me. Talk about patients and going above and beyond what should be required at the parts desk. I even happened to go when power was off for blocks in that section of Boca. It was dark in the store but Michael got a light, found my part and then proceeded to take apart my pendant light and string my new wire through it. No easy task. So small to snake it through. He then showed me how to adjust the length when I returned home and reconnect the wire to the fixture. You don’t get service like that anywhere else…. Thank you to Micheal and the entire team. You are the best.
