LE MACARON MIZNER PARK

The macrons were really good. Super soft and tasty. The gelato was equally good. I’ll def be back to try some more stuff.

This location has super friendly service and it’s very clean. Awesome fudge brownie ice cream! And of course had to get some chocolate fudge to go.

Just a note to say I had a problem that started with another customer and was handled poorly by the staff member who was not operating the shop in an appropriate manner. The issue doesn’t matter just that it was serious enough that I cancelled my gelato order. To put that in perspective; it’s like leaving the gas station with an empty tank or removing the IV from your arm on the operating table.

The fact that the owner called me the next morning…on a Sunday to apologize, acknowledge my concerns and give me concrete steps he was going to take to correct the issue is what this review is all about. It is difficult to operate a small business today and unless you want to work 24/7, you can’t keep an eye on your staff at all times. How a manager/owner deals with issues that come up can make or break that business.

I would bet that even if an unreasonable and irate customer was to complain, this gentleman would handle it appropriately. I will return to get my gelato. Thank you.

I was told that 6 was cheaper than buying 3, I ended up paying $16 instead of $8.10. I gave the woman cash before I payed with my card and she put the cash in the tip jar and made me pay full price… I am very disappointed with customer service but the macaroons were average.
