I wish you would be more concerned about your COPD patients regular delivery of NEEDED breathing medications. Last year it was delivered every month without fail. This year, I’ve been told, Oh, now you have to call every time you get low. Fine! I called and called and called. It took 6 weeks to get the first delivery. I thought the situation was straightened out. Ooops…NOT! I placed my last order early in July, when I had about a 10 day supply (as requested by one of the reps.) I just made my 3rd call, again, and was told they can’t release it until Aug 13th, because of the prescription orders. Hmmmmm, I called my doctor’s office…..guess what orders they had?? Yep, once a month! I just got off the phone from my insurance company…..YOU ARE NOT IN THEIR NETWORK AND THEY HAVE NO DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY!
