MAC Cosmetics

I have been to many Macs but this one is the best Sarah who works there is amazing she blows any other Mac employee out of the water….From now on I will only be requesting her for my purchases she is very knowledgeable.

Walk in to get a gift certificate and am standing around for someone to say I be with you shortly. Am here already 10 minutes and not a single word. I’ll guess sephora is a lot nice in term of professionalism. I’ll walked out the store, to by nice.

Employees are enthusiastic but not always friendly. An employee helped me to try several lip colors on my hand but didn’t wipe it clearly. I had to go shopping with my hand covered in red. I’ll eventually purchase mac products but not in this store

Walked in and opened up a drawer to get the foundation I was trying to purchase and a lady came up to my mother and I, she was very rude to us and insinuated I was trying to steel and told us there are cameras watching us. I usually order online so I wasn’t aware I couldn’t just grab the products I needed. She grabbed what I needed and then followed us I went to look at eyeshadows. She stood on top of us staring the entire time. I asked her kindly if we could have a minute to look. I was so taken aback at the way I was being treated so I just went to check out. The man at the counter was dealing with another customer who was trying to make a return and he as well was short and making rude remarks as she decided which products she wanted to return. I have never had a worse experience purchasing makeup that not just 1 but both employees on staff were stuck up and rude to the customers. I ended up leaving without making a purchase and have no plans to continue using mac products.

I was in need of everything: new brushes, new make-up, new look. I was greeted cheerfully by Kaitlyn when I entered the MAC store.
Kaitlyn asked about my preferences and how much time I devoted to my daily make-up routine. Quickly Katilyn had options for me and we began a make-up application. The end result was great; just the “look” I wanted. I’m very happy with my purchase and with Kaitlyn’s advice!
