The Worst!!! My house was built as a spec house, and seemed initially to be great. After we moved in, we noticed a glaze on the floors that was the result of incomplete grout cleaning. We attempting to get the builder to fix, but he made excuses and eventually did not answer our calls or texts. Ultimately it cost me over 4K to have professionally cleaned in a BRAND NEW waterfront house! Also, we developed a leak around the chimney and into our ceiling during the first year of living in the house. After much complaining on my part, MAG finally sent someone out who cheaply and incompletely fixed the problem temporarily. Not suprisingly, it leaked again. I called their roofer, Tim Grabowski, who dismissively stayed that it is not a roof problem while 3 other roofing contractors believe it is. This is a problem that occurred under the home warranty period and both the roofer and the builder (MAYER HANNA) refuse to be helpful in repairing. I have had to hire an outside contractor to fix. Ironically, my house is prominently displayed on MAG’s website. There are so many other builders in this area, I would NEVER use these guys. The only one who has been helpful in Randy Scott, their GC, who unsurprisingly does not work for them anymore.

I started with this company a year and a half ago on a case for my house concerning mold and storm damage. I have since only heard from them once and it was because I sent an email inquiring about the status. This response from them explained nothing other than sending me a file of the estimate they put together. Since that time, I have emailed multiple times and have heard nothing back. Calling the office leads to a dead end as well. Carlos Jimenez is my adjuster. So far not feeling good about this company in the LEAST!
