Always a great experience when I shop there!!

The same miserable women have worked there for years. They lie about alterations and charge you more than the over priced dress. Spare yourself your dignity and google the dresses you potentially like yourself. They pressure you to buy because they only hold dresses several seasons behind. I used to be the one shopping for dresses. Now that I am bringing someone else to buy a dress. It’s disgusting how they treat their guests. These gowns are old Sherri hill. Look it up.

So my daughter is getting married in November and I started looking for my dress. I googled a bunch of places and Mario Pucci was the first place I went to look, I also took my mother for help in picking my gown. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with hello how can we help you today. The person who helped me was named Michele she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the dresses and my size. I actually tried on about 12 dresses but was not 100% sure of one I liked. I told her I would keep in touch and just before I left she asked does your mom need a dress because I have a great dress that would look great on her. I never told her what size my mother was, well my mom tried it on and within 10 minutes I got my mom a dress. I was shocked and relieved we paid for the dress and a few days later went back for her fitting. Today was the fitting and again it was a delightful experience and not to mention as Michele took care of us again she says to me come with me let’s look again to make sure if we can find you something we’ll as shocked as I was Michele found a dress for me and I left there relieved she even went out of her way to try and find me shoes a few stores down. I will tell you this if you are in need of a dress or clothes, buy the way they have a beautiful selection you should go there first. You will not be disappointed… Thank you again to Michele and all of the staff there it was a great experience…

The staff is RUDE. The store refused to cancel my daughter’s dress, even though, prom was cancelled. My daughter was heartbroken because prom was cancelled, Mario Pucci refused to cancel the order and told me “find somewhere else for her to wear the dress!” Mario Pucci NEVER delivered the dress and still charged for the dress $583. They are THIEVES! I have to sue them.
