Mario’s Osteria

We had dinner here and this place was crowded but in a good way. We sat at the bar since is kind of our thing. The service was awesome you are greeted as soon as you come in. The staff was knowledgeable and make recommendations. The food runner even made jokes it was hilarious. Fair pricing, good location and the atmosphere was very nice. I’m sorry I didn’t have a chance to take pictures but the octopus appetizers was delicious I am always curious about that dish on any restaurant I go and it was delicious.

I hadn’t been here in a while. I always remembered it good but today I decided to have lunch here on the patio which they enlarged and is beautiful now. To my surprise I had the BEST lunch I have had in forever!
The chef outdid himself on the Snapper Francese!!!!! It was absolutely amazing !! I decided to swap out the spinach for pasta. I couldn’t have been more happy. I am ready to go back already. Definitely recommend! They get very busy here so I would recommend making a reservation. Waiter was good as well. The only complaint I had is the busboy who’s shirt has covid safety or something like that was putting new cups on the table and his hands were touching the top of the glasses where customers lips go. Just seemed a little dirty to me especially during this pandemic . Maybe he should wear gloves or touch the glasses from the bottom. Just my opinion. Besides that I give them 5 stars.

Mario’s is a must try if you are in the neighborhood. This large, busy, popular restaurant has an extensive Italian food menu and plenty of outdoor seating. Upon arrival a valet will take your vehicle and direct you to the front entrance. The decor is tasteful, the tables well spaced and the noise level reasonable considering the size. Service is friendly and efficient.
The wide menu selection is all inviting and the prices are reasonable for this upscale establishment. Reservations are a must!!
Mario’s is the perfect place for a special occasion. We were a party of seven and everyone had high praise for what they ordered.
