I’m a successful businessman that thought that was 25 years happily married with children. I’m taking the time to write this review for those of you that are standing right now clueless like I was on whom to hire or what to do.
Divorce was a surprise to me as she had Preplanned. It was a very difficult and complicated one as her and now her boyfriend had teamed up and were seeking to Financially destroy me so they could live happily ever after and in the process leaving me in financial ruins the florida law is in my opinion the most unfair out of all states there is no such thing as 50/50.
I immediately started to look for a divorce lawyer I did not go cheap as I had a lot to lose and my ex played every move on the book as she had me on check. My first lawyer was recommended to me through friends, I was told a woman would be good in my case and she apparently was very successful so she was very high priced. Come to find out that price does not equal quality service or winning a case, I talked more with her assistant than her and when I spoke with her it was like she was reading a review from her assistant only now I was being charged a fortune. Tens of thousands later on a road to nowhere and much Frustration I decided it was time to get a second opinion so I called Mathew whom was recommended by a doctor friend of mine whom had shared amazing stories about him in court and may I add that we had many court Appearances and in everyone of them I felt we walked out of there feeling like a winner Mathew absolutely shines when he steps into the courtroom floor I have stories of my own now that I share with friends on his delivery and angle of attack the courtroom becomes his playground. He is a sharp and determined young man with the right amount of meaningful battles under his belt and was not going to take this laying down. I loved that He is not corporate but his service is one on one and he is ready to grind it, He came up with angles that was not even mentioned before that in the end has given me the results I was seeking feeling today like a winner. I could not write enough words to describe how grateful I am to have had him on my side I would not want to be up against him and knowing what I know now he is the Peyton Manning of law I wouldn’t dare walk into that courtroom without him.

I can’t say enough good things about Martin Family Law. Matt has paid close attention to detail and has worked tirelessly on my difficult child support case. This case should have been a simple open and shut but it dragged out for almost two years. My case involved 3 mediations, several extended trial days, a psycho unprofessional opposing counsel, a lying respondent and all on zoom calls during the Covid shut down. Matt outshined the opposing counsel who dragged her feet through the entire process. Unfortunately in the end the judge bought most of the respondents BS lies. But due to Matt’s expertise of the law he was able to score some wins in my column saving me thousands.
