Mattress Firm East Boca

Pretty good service. Sales rep was knowledgeable. Had protective covers for trying mattresses & pillows. Got a discount on adjustable bed & free mattress protector. Prices are extremely high though-most of the industry seems too pricey.

I popped in the store on Federal in Boca with a budget in mind and a preference in mattress. I’m not one for the “shark” style of salesman approach and was relieved to have been met with friendly faces and relaxed demeanor. In addition to expediting my search, Anthony ensured appropriate holiday sale was applied. He saved me time AND money. A win in my book!! Short conversation revealed I’m moving to where he lived in East Boca few years back. Honorable mention to his peer for supporting role (I apologize the name escapes me but believe it was Adam-or Josh 😬…sorry). Highly recommend.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING management by Josh!!! Our new bed frame had broken and this fine gentleman took the time to drop off a new one which HE COMPED after his shift at his store was completed. I have a son on a ventilator and can’t really leave my home. Josh went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were all set up! Give this man a raise!

Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He understood my situation and helped me to get the best possible solution available. Absolutely understands what customer service means and does what he says he will do. Hard to find!

First impressions are very important. As I walked in Mattress Firm, I was greeted by Josh who was the salesman. He went way out of his way to show me the many quality beds that he had. He never rushed me and was very accommodating, I liked this, as when buying a bed it needs to be right as a good nights rest is very important. Josh was amazing, and for that reason I gave the 5 stars. I highly recommend this location, you won’t be disappointed. 😊
