I explained to Alex the situation with my AC not working at all in my 2008 Ford Escape. Just experiencing hot air. I dropped it off. He did some testing to resolve what issue was and called me to advise me and get my permission to perform the work. I said go ahead install new blower motor please! He replaced blower motor and advised one more part needed to be ordered. We will do that next week. I now have ice cold ac. Its super hot her in south Florida so its a blessing I was able to find Alex and his shop Mazel Auto repair. He was very honest and his prices were extremely fair. I have lots more work to be done on my Escape for other items non AC, to bring my Escape up to better performance. I would and will absolutely highly refer anyone I know who needs their car fixed. Alex and the team replaced my brake pads, rotors and sensors to my BMW X1 at a very reasonable price. He was professional and honest about his business I greatly appreciate it I definitely would recommend and he’ll be having more of business thanks again.

Great first experience at Mazel Auto Repair. Alex is a great guy. He was able to get a backordered part in days. He completed the repairs on time and for a very fair price. He even called me afterwards to make sure that my problem was resolved. I found my new mechanic!!
