My husband and I visited this office in February of this year to file my taxes. We met with Kash Sharfi, who quoted us $400 to file our taxes. We told him we would think about it and left the office. I later sent him a follow email with questions regarding preparing our taxes and he did not respond, so we decided to file our taxes with another company. Two months later, we received a bill from Kash Sharfi for $400, for tax preparation (which was never done for us by Mr. Sharfi). When I inquired about it to Mr. Sharfi, this was the response he gave to us:

“Your invoice has been deleted.
Do Not Contact our office for any reason.
You have been deleted from our list.
We will NOT provide you with any services or advice going forward.”

Why would he (or any business) speak to a customer this way? Not once was I issued an apology for being sent a bill for services that were not rendered to me. This is just unacceptable and totally unprofessional. If you are looking for a CPA, please steer clear of this company. Not only are they unprofessional, they are a total rip off. I am so happy I decided to take my business elsewhere and I will, without a doubt, never work with these people in the future.
