I used this handyman and his company a few times. I made a huge error in judgement by doing so. He quoted prices and then asked for much more at the end of a few jobs despite agreed upon prices. In one case after paying cash, he later stated I had not given enough, instead of verifying the amount when he was paid. I had to pay more. He pressured me for cash for his business advantages I’m sure. I found that very unethical. He installed a door made of glass but did not do it correctly. Even though I told him I was getting a new floor, he forgot until after the entire door was installed. He took it down. But he charged $900 for no end work and completely his error. I terminated him, after I paid the unreasonable bill. I had to hire someone else who is competent to do it. His behavior was truly that of a thief while working for me. He displayed shortness and a temper. Phone calls and texts were not returned and he showed a very rude side . Be very careful. He is a smooth talker but under that is a veritable criminal in terms of his behaviors.
