Unfortunately i’m very unhappy at Modera Port Royale, a Mill Creek complany since they’ve made changes to some policies. I do not recommend ANYONE move here. Over rated and not worth the money. Some of the changes that are very bad is the guest parking. Guests have to pay daily to pay. They also are allowed only in a building very far from my building. They ticket immediately for parking in the wrong location. Boot your vehicle and etc. If you have guests that like to visit, plan on them paying for parking and paying for tickets. Also, Amenities close early now. Why have a pool in front of the inter-coastal if you can’t enjoy it
