Much more convenient to have a local, trusted hometown shop we can take our units to, than have to ship our Tricasters to San Antonio, TX!

A special thank you to Janis Burgin, who is an absolute pleasure to work with! I was in need of a hard to find Tricaster spare part. These small parts are not sold in the stores and cannot be found online. I called Newtek, but they couldn’t sell directly to me. They referred me to Mobile Studios Inc. Janis at Mobile Studios took my call, researched the part I needed, followed up with me and was able to get this “needle in a haystack” part drop shipped from Newtek to their office. I went this morning to pick up this spare part and met Janis in person. I was welcomed into their office and handed this spare part.
