John has been cutting my hair for years. He is a pleasure to be with and he does a great job. The shampoo ladies are amazing. If I had time, I would go just to get a shampoo. It makes you feel wonderful!

What an awful place. I made my appointment a month ahead of time and when I got there they pretended that they were ready for me and told me “it will be just 5 minutes.” they tell you that every 5 minutes to keep you waiting. I would have appreciated if the lady behind the counter had told me that they screwed up and couldn’t keep the appointment but she just kept lying to me. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. They made me wait 25 minutes and by the time I walked out it looked like they were still 20 minutes away from seeing me.
