In September 2017, Newsmax Media double-billed its customers’ credit cards. Although this was played off as a “mistake,” the fact of the matter is that the company would have been unable to make payroll or pay rent without this “mistake”. This isn’t the first or the last felony committed by management. Forget the five-star ratings from employees, that’s all you need to know about this company and how it treats its customers… to say nothing of employees like Dan Sherm.
