Nice Car Auto Transport

Seriously?! Got to florida damaged!!!

NIce auto transport dispatched a car to be transported by my company and after several attempts they still did not pay for the delivery. Mr. Kevin – a representative for the company does not pick up the phone, does reply messages. In result my company will sue Nice Car Auto transport in small claims court. By the way, the compensation for the delivery of that vehicle was only 300 dollars. I don’t recommend any transporter to deal with this company, As well as customer to deal with the company like this.

We have used Nice car auto transport many times as we reside in north n south of east coast of USA n throughout these past years. But specifically in the last l2 months , we have had our vehicles, n other family cars brought back and forth every other month along with recently bringing our vessel from Florida to Texas n then to Southern California.

Within the few years, as I stated above, we could not express the trustworthiness, efficiency and prompt returns when in need and without hesitation, Kevin Bergman was there to make a change of destination n then add an additional vehicle along on our sudden change of plans WHICH was impressive .

Furthermore, being a transient resident for. Many years, there would never be any hesitation In arranging a planned date and with just a phone call, we even have had transporting done with 2 days ahead of such last minute arranging n not once were we turned away nor negative to us as this was a sudden need to have it done. Speaking for us n our immediate family, our friends now will only use,, select , n send our or their boat, cars and at least 6 other customers who have followed the same regimen from Mr Bergman giving 110% of himself and his Employees whom reinforce comfort n reliability With their careful n professional TLC in
pricing with each n every vehicle and now our vessel (s) have scheduled and been Transported with a 1000% return n delivered to meeting the finalization held in each n every pick up and delivery in such timely manner with care.

This is a place which we have many friends now only go to nice car transport at least 6 times each year n Impressed with the company rules n regulations that have been outstanding along with Kevin the owner!!!

Wishing n congratulating Nice Car auto transport for a job carried out on our cars, SUVs and boats of ours and many customers whom have asked me to share their journeys of excellent workmanship care reliability n reasonable rates to fit the package of an upscale and trustworthy corporation.

Owner has a problem communicating.
I made an appointment for a pick up time with Kevin.
I left the key with people I don’t know at a hotel in metro Detroit.
He told me it would be picked up that afternoon.
Then it became the following morning.
The following morning became the afternoon of the next day. His last text was, “in a few hours”
He didn’t answer the phone, texted intermittently.
Extremely poor at communicating.
Ultimately I ended up calling someone else.
I wouldn’t recommend using Nice Car Auto Transport at all.
Kevin should find something else to do.
Horrible business owner & frustrating experience.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!
Kevin Bergman, who is the owner,is the biggest crook of all! Quoted us one price on the SIGNED contract and then had the driver shake us down for another $125.00 when he delivered it or he wouldn’t give us the keys. Truck was picked up 4 days late and Kevin and ” Nice Car” did not communicate with us at all when trying to find out the delay. Kevin was either busy eating lunch or walking his dog when we called and would never call us back. Finally gave us the truck drivers phone number and we had to deal with it ourselves! !!!!!!!!!!
Attorney General needs to look into these frauds.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NICE CAR AUTO TRANSPORTERS.!!!!!!!! Save yourself stress and money and deal with company that is reputable!!
