Dirty overpriced apartments that they will not maintain. Bugs everywhere, and when you call, they ignore you! Complete liars, underhanded cheats! Eli is a corrupt liar! Do not rent from One Flroida Realty. They are worse than Investments Limited, if that is possible!!!

I am typing this review for my mother who lived here for almost 10 years. Eli has been nothing but great with my mom throughout the years. Whenever my mom needed something repaired or had any issue, it was handled in a professional and timely manner. This is a wonderful place to live and would highly recommend it.

In the 4+ years I rented from One FL Realty, rent only increased once (minimally) and maintenance was always ready to fix issues promptly, oftentimes going above what is required (e.g., for times I had to be present, coordinating times around my unusual work schedule). Management demonstrated concern for fairness for all their tenants by sending reminders about policies when issues arose (e.g., when neighbors kept having friends park in other tenants’ spots instead of the designated guest spots). If you pay your rent on time, are clean, and respect your neighbors, you should enjoy renting with One FL Realty.

One Florida realty has always been very accommodating to all my needs ! When ever someo needed to be some it’s was done in a day !!! I would go through them if I was looking for another olCe to live thank you to the whole staff at One Florida Realty !! Thank you Ellen Landry

I found their management excellent and extremely helpful. My husband is a quadriplegic and couldn’t enter our apartment. The management authorized the building of a ramp.
