This is the ultimate condo living in Boca. When ur in one of the condo’s u feel like ur in the middle of the ocean. If u own one of the condos u also take advantage of all the ammenities of the hotel & golf club. Lots of pools, restaurants, gyms, u name it they have it. U can pick up one of these condos from $3M all the way up to $12M. Lucky me a good friend of mine owns one so i can enjoy it w/o the expense. However, for the price, i must say i would have expected more high end finishes such as the tiles, bathroom fixtures, kitchens and etc. Unfortunately, some of the original finishes are pretty much builder grade unless owners renovated.

This building is an icon of medernist architecture in Boca Raton. Garcia Stromberg did an incredible job with architecture and designed a building that has high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass walls. The best location, views and amenities in Boca Raton. Also, the staff is incredible – always so helpful !
