great work outs very poor management. does not feel welcoming, if you want to cancel they charge you one month. canceling is almost impossible. very rude

Great studio, best customer service, amazing workouts, and very professional trainers! Try to get a session with Kai or Barb, they are both, the best instructors I have ever had 🙏

I have been a member for over 3 years and everything was fine until the pandemic. I pay for the 8 visit per month plan, and they always bill me on the 1st of the month. After they reopened they changed my bill date, did not inform me, and I consequently used more than 8 visits in a month and I was charged $18 for the overages multiple times. I called the manager hoping they can help me, I was even willing to upgrade my membership to the unlimited, but I was told that they reserve the right to change the date the classes replenish at anytime they wish and they do not need to inform me, and the manager was extremely rude to me and ultimately did not even let me talk when I called and kept talking over me. I quit an otherwise nice gym because the management is extremely rude, condescending, and they do not care at all about customer service.

This place is amazing! Let’s start with the staff…the entire staff from the Front Desk to the Coaches are super welcoming and supportive. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. The location is very clean and you can tell they take pride in how they keep their studio. Regarding the workouts…they are totally doable no matter what level you are. The beauty of this place is that it is about you and challenging yourself. Nothing else matters. I have a lot of medical issues, but they work with me to help me modify things as needed. I’ve only been going a short time but the results I’ve seen are huge. I love their use of technology to help push/guide you to better yourself. Lastly, the sense of community here is great. There aren’t cliques…just one team lead by incredible Coaches.
