Oriental Rug Care

This company ruined my Etan Allen rug and refused to pay the one thousand dollars it offer for ruining the rug so I could purchase another. The rug is called Chinese Medallion it’s on Etan Allen web site. I am seeking an attorney to sue the company. Joe, is very unprofessional. Consumers beware, you can pay less money by taking your rug to a cleaners. This company is fraudulent. It doesn’t know how to clean expensive rugs. Bad company with poor services. I will upload his statement and my ruined rug. Poor services. A rating of an one is overrated, it’s a zero.

They did a very good job repairing a difficult hole in an area rug created by my dog. They rose to the challenge.

She keeps this rug in one of her guest rooms to share with her company. When this rug first came to us for washing, it was very dull and hard. Once we finalized the 9 step hand washing process that we are exclusively known for, the rug was vibrant in color again.
