Osborne and Francis was very timely in moving my case to a successful conclusion. Dennis Faulkner, the Litigation Manager, was always readily available when the infrequent question arose (a testament itself in the way they handled my case). His experience allows him to relate to clients in a fashion they understand. As a retired Claims Manager with 30 years in the business my expectations of a Plaintiff’s firm were high.
