Excellent service. Mold and water damage restoration is never easy. They made the process so much more bearable. On time, explained every part of the process and reliable. Hope I never have this issue again, but if I do I would not hesitate to contact this company.

Through many carpets and Pets…young , old and stubborn , I have used , tried and experimented in lots of ways to clean and sanitize after accidents.
Pet owners , you understand. Even “steam” cleaning often cannot remedy the situation.
Finally , I thought it safe to invest in a beautiful lush carpet.

I cannot stress enough how satisfied we are with this service. From the professional and courteous interaction with the staff , to the amazing job done saving my carpet.
My 20 year old pet had an accident that had me certain I would have to toss my beautiful rug.
This company came and picked up my 8×10 carpet , explained the great cleaning process and that it would take 2 weeks.
After two weeks , the owner called to explain he wasn’t quite satisfied with how my rug had dried, and would I mind allowing a few more days?
I was fine with that. And the end result was my carpet delivered , by the personable and professional Owner , a few days later , in the condition equal to when it was first purchased!
Really.
I don’t want to explain it incorrectly (they will provide description) but suffice it to say , the rug had been thorougly washed , fully RINSED and dried.
