OZO2 Eco Dry Cleaners (Closed Temporarily)

Andrea Barath is AMAZING! They are open for pick up/delivery only. My washer broke (now of all times). I called and talked to her and she could not have been more helpful. She was caring and made sure to guide me through the process. She said they are here to help the community and I really felt that. They are going an extra step for me knowing I won’t be able to get anyone in to fix my washer right now. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have used them before and they do an amazing job! But until now I can’t say I’ve been able to say I’ve had such impressive service. Thank you Andrea and OZO2!

I don’t even know how to start to explain this train reck. Just moved to Boca. Got pricing, they’re close to my house, dropped off 28 items. They told me to come back within a week. Went back for pick up, they had 22 items missing from 28 that I dropped off. Called back in, they seem kinda lost, and didn’t know what I was talking about, so I drove there. They found 16 more pieces. Did not know where 6 were. Talked to the young man behind the counter, and said he was new. I asked what, about the person that was here yesterday? He was gone. What about the person I dropped off to? Was also gone. Found out from new employee that the clothes are sent off site to another dry cleaner- CONCERNING. Kept calling trying to get a hold of the owner here and her other locations, no call backs. Called back the Boca location and the guy who picked up the phone couldn’t even find me in the computer, it was his first day there. Drove there two more times, they finally found my clothes and it was time to pay for everything. The price they quoted me was totally different . Example- Dry cleaner shirt 2.99, but if it has a different color, or design, or its two toned they charge a different price. I had two identical Tommy Bahama shirts, one they charged 2.99 and the other one 5.99. The guy behind the counter doesn’t’t know why. Still waiting to hear from the owner after 15 calls. I would run.

Very clean, very respectable business. Got my clothes back just the way I wanted no issues.if your looking for a great dry cleaners I would definitely recommend ozo’s.

Professional. Friendly. Top-notch quality work. Nicest dry cleaner store I’ve ever been in – like a spa. By far the best dry cleaner I’ve used since moving to Florida 15 years ago.
