I called on 11/9/2020 at approximately 9:30am to schedule an appointment, the operator informed me they could come out the same day and gave me a time frame of 2pm-4pm. At approximately 2pm, I called to request an ETA and was told they would reach out to the contractor and call me back. I did not receive a call back. I called twice more, at 3pm and 330pm, received the same response and no call back. At 4pm, after the time frame I was supplied had lapsed, I decided to try one last attempt. This time the operator gave me a different message, that they had reached the contractor and that I had cancelled my appointment the day prior, 11/8/2020 which means I canceled the appointment prior to scheduling it……….

This is my first ever review and I highly recommend not using this service. Even if they answer the phone, provide a time frame and sound professional, do not rely on them. They will probably not show and all you’ve done is waste your time like I did.

I have no complaints or any bad feedback regarding the work that the service technician did for us. He wasted no time with his work and finished it very well. I highly suggest this company.
Fast, easy service and the price was totally reasonable!

If you have something you need repaired. DON’T GO TO THEM. I made an apt for today and no one showed up……. and i didnt even get a phone call letting me know that no one will be coming… I called them after my window time and the tech called me like 3 hours later lol. He then told me he’ll be here by 3-5 and guess what… literally the same thing happened. no one showed up and no one called to reschedule. So don’t waste your time like me, go somewhere else because they’re UNPROFESSIONAL

Great service, work well done!! The technician who was assigned for our fence repair and ceiling fan installation was the best that we’ve ever worked with before. He was very prompt and experienced with the work. The price he charged us was also very reasonable!
