Pak Mail

My experience with Pakmail in Boca Raton was amazing. I came in very frazzled, having tried a different packing and shipping co. in the area, where the expense and time needed was exorbitant. The help I received was kind and competent. My package was large and fragile and he packed it beautifully. When he said it would arrive in 3 days, I didn’t believe him! But it did! and it was in excellent shape. It was a tremendous relief when I walked out the door, feeling extremely well taken care of.

Rod, Karla and the team at Pak Mail Boca were awesome!!! They helped us navigate the choices of shipment methods that were most appropriate and the insurance needed. They were patient with the changes in our schedule and shipping details. Always cheerful and happy to help, they made the pickup happen the night before a holiday when it needed to be done EVEN THOUGH it was our delay that made it difficult. The historic, one of a kind piece – a glass top wooden base table arrived in perfect condition. The history will be preserved! We couldn’t be happier!!!

PakMail was excellent. They picked up, packed and shipped a large framed lithograph. I was amazed when the print arrived. They were worried about the glass breaking. The way that they -packed it was plenty to assure that the print arrived in great shape. I highly recommend their services.

Ah, Pak Mail on Federal Highway in Boca Raton: really, they are the best. I have been using them for years for shipments to Canada and overseas and they have never disappointed. Recently I had a bunch of things shipped from Boca to Nova Scotia, Canada, and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. I knew they would. I didn’t have a moment’s worry. Thank you, Rod, for years of great service, and thanks, Karla, for expediting this shipping.

Pak Mail shipped two packages to NYC via fedex. One package took a week to arrive
after the expected arrival date because fedex shipped to the wrong building. The second package also went to the wrong building. However, this package was returned to Pak Mail Boca Raton. When I retrieved the package, I expected them to refund me the $66 shipping fee since the package had not reached its destination. Fedex had told me that the box did not get to the proper destination because the box had “two bar codes.” When I told Pak Mail what fedex said, they said that it wasn’t their fault. They lied and instead told me that the building refused the package! Fedex didn’t tell me this. And the building where it was supposed to arrive said they never refuse Fedex and receive hundreds of packages each week from fedex. So this was an obvious lie. I never got back my refund $66 from Pak Mail.
