Palms of Boca Del Mar

The community is beautiful.The ladies in the office are excellent kind,helpful and informative.my tour was great today with young lady I tour with she was so patient and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.I would definitely recommend this place are little high but a beautiful place.

I have made an appoinment to look at one of the apartments i have completely forgotten about it. Damaris called me to remind me and i apologized i asked her when i was able to come by. She told me that she will send me a link for me to quote my self and told me that the prices changes everyday for an apartment if i wanted to move in May the prices were too high i let her know that if it was more than 1,600 i wasn’t interested she kept reaping how the prices changed everyday and i needed to quote my self everyday to find the best price for me to move in May. I have been looking at apartment and nobody has ever been so vague with a price ever. Truly unprofessional and honestly extremely shady. Glad i didn’t waste my time.

I lived at Palms of Boca Del Mar for almost 3 years and only moved due to job relocation. While finding a place to live I know how impactful online reviews can be so I wanted to make sure I wrote an honest one. I absolutely loved living at Palms. The maintenance staff is beyond PHENOMENAL. They are honest, quick, and extremely helpful and friendly. The front office staff is also fantastic. I never felt like they were being “fake.” I’ve visited several other communities and always felt like they were putting on a show. The office staff never felt that way and their kindness and helpfulness always felt genuine. In terms of raising rent, they are upfront when you sign the lease about the percentage range of what they could raise your rent to be so I never had a surprise there. In terms of the living conditions, I was on a second floor corner unit. I never heard any noise, but when visiting downstairs neighbors I did hear people above, so I suggest getting a second floor unit if that is a concern for you. The buildings are made out of concrete which is a huge difference compared to other buildings in the area made out of wood. Also, the second floor with the skylight can get very hot. We had our skylight covered (by the fabulous maintenance team) and it made a huge difference in the temperature. The move out procedures were straight forward and I don’t anticipate that I will need to update my review. The office staff was very upfront with potential cleaning costs and what could be expected. I highly recommend Palms of Boca Del Mar and would live there again.

Resident of The Palms since 2013. Great location for shopping, I95, Turnpike etc. Safe and secure neighborhood and property. Management – Front Office administered by Ms Torres and her staff are top notch. Listens to tenants needs and responds appropriately in a timely manner. There is always a ‘can-do’ attitude. Front door is always open to tenants. Maintenance of property run by Jose and staff are highly responsive, courteous, and gets the job done the first time. Never needing to chase down a technician to fix an apartment issue. Pricing of apartments are competitive for Boca. Spacious and well built apartments. Worth a look! Bill

Absolutely love living at The Palms. I’ve been here a year now and have never been more satisfied. My neighbors are great and everyone of the girls down at the office are beyond friendly, helpful and accommodating. Most importantly is the maintenance staff. Jose and his guys are the best I’ve ever experienced. Not only are they efficient and professional, they’re also extremely friendly. All of them always stop to at least say hello and ask how I am no matter how busy they are. The location of the complex is wonderful as well. For those complaining about price, I think they forget we’re living in Boca. The apartment is reasonably priced and well worth what I pay in my opinion. Once again, the Palms is incredible and I love living here.
