Panera Bread

Great place to get some healthy grub! 😋 It may be a bit pricey compared to a fast food restaurant, but here you are definitely paying for some good quality food. The sandwiches, soups, and pastries are all really good and I recommend anyone try this place out. The employees are all super nice and attentive. Also this place is kept very clean compared to other Panera Breads that I’ve gone to.

Also, recently with the pandemic the management has been taking this health crisis seriously. I used to work here not to long ago and the manager makes every worker wear a mask, wash their hands multiple times a day, and do other things such as give the clients plastic silverware and clean the tables frequently to prevent contamination and keep their customers safe.

Service was terrible. I overheard one of the workers making my sandwich say “it’s soggy” then he asked another worker (I assume a higher up) if it was okay, to which that person approved the sandwich. The worker proceeded to wrap my sandwich and bag it as if it was made properly and passed it to another team member to give to me. I asked that team member “was he talking about my sandwich when he said the bread was soggy?” He proceeded to double check my order and confirmed it was soggy and made me a new one. After the new sandwich was prepared, I thanked the original worker that made it, to which he just stared at me and didn’t respond. Terrible experience, completely unprofessional, and lacked the high standard I would expect from any other Panera. Don’t plan on coming back.

Coffee is hot. Great location. Very few laptop charging stations.

Staff is friendly. Nice outdoor patio. Great parking. Interesting space, well divided. Dining room is clean.

Bathrooms are old and need upgrade.

All in all it is lovely place to spend time.

Ordered from Panera website and I got a receipt from them that said a 5-5:15 delivery. No where in the website or receipt did it say a 3rd party was delivering. And it never came although I got a receipt saying it arrived. I Called the store and David said we don’t deliver??? Then he said it was a 3rd party who delivers and he had know idea which one it was?? He said he could only offer me a 6-10 day refund and nothing else. Couldn’t provide the 3rd party information or anything. He then hung up on me like he didn’t care at all. Goodbye Panera. Will call the GM tomorrow and make sure he knows. Great work!
