Patio Products

Needed to replace the foot glides on some older Brown Jordan patio chairs. Patio Products had what I needed for a very reasonable price. The glides arrived two days after I ordered them. They also provided very useful advice to make sure I had the correct product and knew how to install them.

First class organization.

Back in early July I ordered 8″ inside diameter patio chaise tires from this company. I called them after a month, left a message. Got no return call. I called again 2 weeks later, no answer, left a message, got no return message. This week the tires finally arrived, but they are the wrong size. I called them again, no answer, and I give up. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased a set of Halcyon brand patio furniture back in the 90’s and while the frames and wicker were in excellent condition, most of the end caps and slides were either broken or missing, no doubt in part due to the frequent moves courtesy of Uncle Sam. Halcyon went out of business long ago, but I was still trying to find parts that could fit. I contacted three businesses and two of them told me to contact Patio Products since that’s the company they go to when they are seeking replacement parts for patio furniture. Patio Products had everything I needed. Those parts that didn’t fit exactly were modified by cutting, scraping, or sanding and my furniture looks and functions very well once again. Patio Products was very responsive to my emails and the items arrived very well packaged and in record time. For a fraction of the cost of a new set of patio furniture, I now have my very attractive and functional pieces in use once again. I’d recommend Patio Products without hesitation to anyone.

Prices were much lower than other online retailers for the same products, and all parts arrived quickly.
