Pavilions at Deer Chase

I’ve been living here at Deer chase for roughly 7 months now and it has been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. Since taking the tour with Sophia, signing my leasing and moving everything has been smooth sailing. The individuals in the office are amazing and friendly. The maintenance crew are fast and efficient especially the maintenance manager Milton. 10/10 would recommend Deer chase to anyone wanting to live at a safe and friendly neighborhood.

I’ve been living in this place for 4 years. The last manager (Sarah), was not good but it was the only time when I was not happy to live in this place. Overall everything it’s awesome now. Very polite staff, clean and organized community. My suggestion it’s about to have a clubhouse. There is a place by the pool that the residents should be able to rent or use as a common space. My only concern about this community.

I have been living here for at least 7 years. I’ve had a issues with my AC unit for quite sometime. I must say that under the property manager I could never get them to help me in replacing the unit up until the new property manager has taken over! My AC was causing me to have a flood. I called the office 11:15pm and I was quite thankful to have received a call back from the maintenance supervisor Milton Ulvbina within minutes. He quickly took action and had an AC company come out early Monday morning and had determined that the unit itself needed to be replace of which they did. everyone was quite respectful and had replaced the entire unit! I’m so grateful for Milton’s swift and professional actions! Thanks again Milton!

Been here 7 plus years. Great location. Maintenance always super responsive. Milton takes care of all issues in a very timely manner and gets the job don’t right all the time!
