Brandon was supposed to be my lawyer I signed the papers back in the beginning of July 2020 I told him before I signed the guy who hit me had no insurance no license and I wanted to go against the state city whatever because he was a lost cause last time he had said anything to me was September 2020 he wanted me to send a copy of a letter I received I texted him Jan 29th 2021 asking how things were going he didn’t respond back so I called him feb 18th no answer I left a voicemail still nothing I called the office today asked what was going on and why he wasn’t responding back to me Sam told me he was out of the office and could take a message I gave him my name Sam called me back about 30 minutes to tell me he couldn’t find my case needed my address and email address I gave it to him then he sent me a email 30 minutes later to say they declined my case because the dude had no insurance which he knew this from the beginning and what he sent me today’s has today’s date feb 24th 2021 he wasted over 7 months of my life and time to tell me the same thing I already told him in the beginning over 7 months ago sorry not sorry but that’s some bs
