Everyone on staff is so helpful. Even the Cleaning Crew takes pride in their work. Men’s dressing room never has any odors or any debris on the floor. Classes are high-spirited, and instructors are obviously enjoying what they do. The front entrance is always got something going on, and there is some new program to join, like boots and butts. They add classes when the needs arise. I’ve been a member for over 12 years, and this facility keeps getting better every year. Thank you all for your commitment to Body, Mind, and Spirit.
