I highly recommend this Company for your Respiratory and Oxygen needs. They provide Excellent customer service! Brian is the best and the rest of the Customer Service Representatives are wonderful too. Their service is super fast! They delivered my husband’s oxygen concentrator the same day and last minute because of the hospital’s lack of discharge planning . They also set him up with an Inogen portable the same day when Lincare said he needed to wait 7 months for a portable oxygen machine. They promptly send out supplies also. They are the best Company for Oxygen and Respiratory needs.

These folks called me in reference to to me getting an employee out to calibrate my CPAP machine and bring me a mask. After being advised several times with an attitude I was told numerous times that my insurance would not cover the cost because I failed to comply with insurance policy. I told them I would pay out of pocket cost and I was told with an attitude again that I would have to go all the way to Port St. Lucie to have this done. After being over ANGIE’S uncalled for attitude and reprimanding behavior on the phone she hung up when I returned the same behavior. Gladly my doctor sent the request to another company where the service was sooo much better. Stay away from these individuals especially ANGIE she’s a prize!

This place has excellent customer service. I was visiting Boca for a conference and left a CPAP part at home. Brian met me after hours so I could get the part I needed. If I lived here I would do business with them!

Physicians Choice in Boca Raton had supplied all my mother’s oxygen needs for over 10 years. We could not have asked for any better service, and care for her during those years. Brian, and Tina were amazing, professional, and caring. We were blessed to have them provide for her needs, I recommend them without hesitation.
