Piercing Pagoda

I bought a 10k gold chain and pendant 2 months ago. The pendant basically disintegrated and broke into pieces.

I’ve never wore the chain to sleep, in the water or anywhere even being active. I’m not sure if it’s even real gold. Fake jewelry lasts longer! Beware

I called customer service and they said they couldn’t help me. Here’s some photos below

Don’t recomend this place at all. The merchandise is good but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I got warranty on a chain I purchased, and when I returned, that particular agent wasn’t there anymore and she had entered my “order” incorrectly (a different chain) so they wouldn’t give me my exchange. I had to pay extra to get another chain. Then before a year, my chain broke again. I went again to exchange it for another one. They said they didn’t have one like it so it needed to be ordered. The said they would call me. No one did. After a full week I called them and they said they hadn’t heard back from corp. So basically after A COMPLETE WEEK, STILL NO NEWS when they told me I would have the chain in a weeks time. VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you ever buy jewelry here, forget about exchanging it or having them resolve an issue. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE professionalism from even the owner of the store. I’m not one to complain or even write reviews. But these people had it deserved, really!!!!!!
