Amazing amazing amazing! I never thought I would like a CrossFit style place, but this seems like a hybrid or something. It’s open air get your heart pumping, and clearly you see results everyone there looks great. Everyone’s so helpful too. Definitely will be going back consistently. I think I found my new gym!

I give this Gym 5 stars because this is the workout that works for me. Hour long workouts get the job done. I am 2 months into my membership and so far it is totally worth it. 16 pounds of fat lost in that time! The workouts are structured for you, and they are TOUGH. You will workout with a partner each time; so get to know them, support them, and they will support you. Classes are as early as 5:30am and late as 7pm. I personally like the morning classes because I can keep those calories burning all day. You get out of it what you put in. If you are a shy person, you will have to break out of your shell at first to get the hang of the work outs. Any trainer here is very knowledgeable and ready to assist you on form and technique. I recently went to this gym and had a great experience. I thought the type of exercises being done was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for a gym. The 2 trainers I interacted with were very informative, I took John D’s class- His energy, character, type of music was AMAZING and made me feel very comfortable for my first time. There was only one downfall and as a business owner it is a big deal. The young girl who I interacted with at the front desk (I do not know her name because it was never given) black hair had no personality at all, she made it seem like I was asking way too many questions. She looked tired and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She needs to have more personality / be HAPPY and for someone like me who was new….she needs to make them feel welcomed. OVERALL I had a great time. Thanks John for a GREAT class. I will be back soon !
