Love this place, nice selection…

My partner and I visited this location on 11/28/20. We were going to order a table and pay cash at the location, however the manager offered us a promotional credit card where we’d decide between 12 months interest free or rewards. We choose the 12 months interest free credit card and once we received the bill there was a finance charge already being placed on my credit card. I called the Boca Raton location where I had ordered my table IN STORE and one of the associates told me the manager was too busy to speak to me, and so was she. The customer service at this location is not what I expected from this company. I am in disbelief that no one would take accountability for the store’s mistake in clerical work, especially when dealing with people’s credit.

Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever received at a Pottery Barn store. Store associates are condescending towards costumers. When asked for help there was no one available.

Pottery Barn as a whole, has the worst customer service. I have spent so much money over the years and will now be moving my business elsewhere. There are so many other fish in the sea.
